Pros: Great Customer Service, Easy to use website "The customer service people are always friendly and will take the time to find out information if they don't know. I find this web site to be very user friendly. While I think the rates are somewhat high if you have a good driving record, for those who don't they are very competitive."

I have had a few claims that they took care of quickly and professionally. I also have a teenage son that has had many cars that have been added and removed from the policy that would have made another company irrated but again I recelved great customer service and great prices. Pros: Competitive rates, Great Customer Service, Easy to use website, Lots of discounts "It was an easy decision to choose Progressive because of how simple their site was to navigate and how much cheaper their prices were in meeting my needs. When my renewal paperwork comes in the mail, I receive no excess clutter mail along with it. Everything is short and sweet and to the point. When I moved, and it was cheaper to live in the new county, without even having to request it, I received a prompt rebate from the company to cover the cost change. I renew my policy every 6 months and have done so for the past 3 years, and I have no reason to expect that will change any time soon."
